At First Church, our motto is, “We Love First,” based on Jesus’ teaching that loving God, loving each other, and loving our neighbors is our top priority. We don’t do that perfectly, of course.
No one does. But, it is the driving force of everything we do. We welcome everyone as part of our church family, encouraging one another as we grow closer to Christ.

First Church is a United Methodist Church, founded in January of 1969, when ten people gathered to form Crocker Memorial Methodist Church, the first organized church in the seven-year old city of Coral Springs. They held their first service Easter Sunday of the same year with 20 members. Over the years, First Church has grown significantly, and has become a vital part of the Coral Springs community. In 2019, we celebrated 50 years of ministry.
