All kids in 6th through 12th grade are invited to join us on June 13 at 6pm for Youth Safety Training. This dynamic, hands-on introductory class will give students realistic physical skills and knowledge of how to avoid or escape dangerous situations. First, students will engage in a discussion on situational awareness and be educated about current crime trends affecting their age group. Then, students will learn several self-defense moves and participate in safety drills.
CSPD believes that every child deserves personal and life skills to live safer. Students will leave feeling empowered to utilize their knowledge, skills, and power to protect themselves from violence and harm.
